Hi, I have a dead BC501 from SK Hynix. I am checking the voltage around this all-in-one chip ... I got 1.8v ... 2.5v .... and 0.9v. Since I can't find the datasheet of the chip, does anyone know if the third one is ok? The power rails are not shorted anyway, they all have some kohm resistance.

TIA

0.9V sounds OK for Vcore.

Thanks. So it's probably a corrupter firmware or, maybe, some solder ball under the chip .... does it make sense to try a reflow?
