Hi, I have a dead BC501 from SK Hynix. I am checking the voltage around this all-in-one chip ... I got 1.8v ... 2.5v .... and 0.9v. Since I can't find the datasheet of the chip, does anyone know if the third one is ok? The power rails are not shorted anyway, they all have some kohm resistance. TIA |

0.9V sounds OK for Vcore. |

Thanks. So it's probably a corrupter firmware or, maybe, some solder ball under the chip .... does it make sense to try a reflow? |
