I have a 1TB Crucial P2 CT1000P2SSD8 drive with an SM2263ENG controller.
After copying it with HD Draw Copy, I stopped the copying process.
I could see the scores for a moment, but they weren't accessible, and now there's nothing.
Now, when I connect the drive, it is no longer recognised (at one point, I could only see the different partitions but could not access them).
I am using Windows, and I get a message saying that the drive is faulty.
I used the MPToll TestAP_SM2263EN_BiCS_Security tool and the drive is visible on the NVMe SSD NV-i9 Aluminum Cooling Adapter (with another adapter i cannot see it), but it shows 0 MB and no other information.
I am providing you with the information recorded with the application.

On the circuit board, I cannot see any burnt components after examining it under a microscope.
The controller information is a silicon motion SM2263ENG T41T70.00

To view the image in the attached file properly: use the Windows ‘picture’ tool, for example, to zoom in and clearly see the components and information about the various tools used to try to read the information on the SSD.

I have read here and there that you can do a power recycle to fix it (one solution among others). Do you know how to do this, or do you have any other solutions besides sending the disc to a specialised laboratory?

Do you want to repair your disk or recover your data?

I want to repair it if it's easier to flash the firmware.

The correct SSD reference is crucial P1 2TB CT2000P1SSD8.

By that I mean I want to recover the flasher without losing my data, if possible.

Updating new software involves re-initializing and resetting the memory, which in turn will result in data loss. You'll need to decide which is more important to you.

the most important thing is the data in this situation

In this case, you'll need to contact a DR company to determine the feasibility of operation and data recovery.
While the controller itself is supported by commercial tools, Crucial itself may have modified software, and automated solutions may not work.
