Has anyone managed to correctly read the memory with ID: 2C D3 08 32 E8 30? — It’s a UFD monolith with 6-byte addressing. No matter how I try, the results are pretty poor. Would cutting off the controller help? If anyone has done something similar, I’d just like to know whether it’s possible or not :)

As for the configuration, I’m not entirely sure, but it’s probably a 18592b block with 936p. In my case, the sector is 1160_1144, so it’s probably some new DM variant, hehe. I’ve attached a screenshot showing what the quality looks like.

ps. reading with Flash Extractor NAND_Console (custom solution for 6 byte addresing), Trying also VNR with 6xALE but quality was worse.

1160_1144 sector is usually used by FC3379 controller.
ID: 2c d3 08 32 e8 30 - most cases have big memory chip degradation due to heat or poor chip quality.
