Has anyone managed to correctly read the memory with ID: 2C D3 08 32 E8 30? — It’s a UFD monolith with 6-byte addressing. No matter how I try, the results are pretty poor. Would cutting off the controller help? If anyone has done something similar, I’d just like to know whether it’s possible or not

As for the configuration, I’m not entirely sure, but it’s probably a 18592b block with 936p. In my case, the sector is 1160_1144, so it’s probably some new DM variant, hehe. I’ve attached a screenshot showing what the quality looks like.

ps. reading with Flash Extractor NAND_Console (custom solution for 6 byte addresing), Trying also VNR with 6xALE but quality was worse.

1160_1144 sector is usually used by FC3379 controller.
ID: 2c d3 08 32 e8 30 - most cases have big memory chip degradation due to heat or poor chip quality.
