Question flash memory retain data

NAND flash memory chips have a limited time to retain data, for example, 10 years at a certain temperature and write cycles.
If I only power this chip once a year, is that enough to retain data permanently? With only 2 or 3 write cycles performed.
Example chip: Hynix HY27US08281A

It depends on what type of memory you are thinking about. SLC, MLC, TLC, QLC etc.
I meet SLC cases after 20-25 year, which generally no need ECC correction.
TLC,QLC need it immadietly after leaving the factory.
