Need help diagnosing SM2265G AB NVME drive!

So i have this drive that is not recognizable on PC, Gives a short in PC3000 Portable Pro, in ROM mode the drive does not recognize the controller. upon plugging in the drive draws 0.27amps
I found out the line that goes to the RAM of the drive shows 0.002V.
What could be the problem?
Can anyone help out! Many Thanks!

Which chip is generating 1.8V?

Why are there two 1.2V regulators?

What is the resistance between ground and the output of the "faulty" regulator?

Here is the 3.2 and 1.8V So i guess that little chip is generating 1.8

I have no idea why there is two 1.2 Regulators

Resistance between GND and Output of the "Faulty" Regulator is 0.002

Look for a shorted MLCC (capacitor).

So i did not manage to find any shorted MLCC capactitors

But i did get hands on with another working donor. These are the voltages im getting.

Your donor measurements make no sense. On your patient PCB you have 3.2V at the inputs of each of your buck converters. On your donor PCB you have 1.2V, 1.8V and 3.2V. The first two must be wrong.

What are the part markings on all the small ICs?

The SM2265G is an Intel 670p M.2 SSD. They use TLC 144-layer NAND.

If the SSD is dysfunctional recovery is for all intents and purposes pointless. The controller is also proprietary so it cannot be replaced. Some controllers have embedded RAM.

Backup is important for reason. Thinking otherwise is unsound. Storage is imperfect.
