Kingston NV2 NVME stopped working

I have this Kingston NV2 Drive that stopped working. Upon inspections. It only has 0.1A. Nothing on the board gets hot. I measured all capacitors. None of them are shorted. So it must be something with those power ICs
Can anyone help me with the voltage datasheet of them. Many thanks!

5K0 / 5KO is a step-down converter. Measure the voltages between inductor and ground. That's the output.

Well, after all measurements, swapping nands, and other things. It came out that the Nands Are dead. that was sad
