Hi guys, i know it´s a voltage regulator, but because this part is shorted, capacitors around are beeping, i´m not sure if it´s the right TPS i found.
I found TPS562202S but not sure if Vin and Vout are the same.

I removed the S2DEB and the short is gone. The two middle points seems to be ground.

*** I know, the coil is cracked, but it´s working.....

Funny thing, resoldered S2DEB back and no short, but, now is not regulating anymore, i believe it´s the feedback, now it´s 1.5v. The two regulators are toasted, they were supposed to be 1.8v and 3.3v.

My notes:
https://forum.hddguru.com/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=44791&p=313346#p313346https://forum.hddguru.com/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=45144&p=314953#p314953I suspect that the feedback pin should measure 0.6V when the converter is regulating properly.
One of your converters appears to have a short between Vin and Vout. Was the SSD subjected to an overvoltage on the 5V supply?

I suspect that was the issue, but i can´t tell.
I´ve read you before talking about the 0.6v being the feedback, very helpfull, do you think it´s allways 0.6 regardless the output voltage?
It´s just an "ok" signal?
The two are bad, i was just wondering if a resistor or capacitor could influence that, but it´s so few components on the board that i don´t think so.
Why do you think just one have the short, it seems both to me?
Thanks.

Sorry, yes, both are shorted now.

Thank you for the help and links.

I believe the right one is SY8009BABC, I have 0v on middle legs, according to the datasheet, they are GND and NC. Maybe that's the one.
