Intel Optane Cache fails to detect

I’m doing ~30–40 Intel Optane H10 / Intel Optane H20 recoveries per week. Most are the usual corrupted Optane metadata BSOD cases; easy recovery with UFS or my own pairing tool.
But a few each week come in where the 512GB NAND shows up fine, while the 32GB Optane cache is completely missing (not detected at all).
Has anyone here managed to fix these, or is this basically always a hardware failure on the Optane side?

If you can upload a detailed photo of the PCB, I could try to help you with the voltage test points.

I would start with these test points.

MP2152GQFU, Monolithic Power, adjustable 5.5V, 2A, Sync Step-Down Converter, marking FT, SOT563:
