Post subject:  SanDisk SD-C02G monolithic test pad pinout needed - lot 1220

Hello, I need help finding the internal test pad pinout for a SanDisk SD-C02G monolithic microSD 2GB, lot number 1220PV6248P. The card is not detected by any reader or OS. Controller level failure confirmed. I need the NAND raw bus access points to attempt direct reading. Any pinout map or X-ray image would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I can't recover the data from a microSD card that got wet, and neither my PC nor any other software can detect it. Sometimes it seems like it wants to read it, but then it disappears immediately.
thank you

I tried using Recuva and PhotoRec but got no response, I used several adapters and nothing worked

the 'raw' nand pins are buried under the paint, but it seems to me you have perfectly no idea about nand recovery, nor the tools involved. This just can't end well...
you'd better find somebody with the skills and tools in your area.
