Which is better as donor for WD?

I have this drive with snapped head3.
Model: WD1200UE-22KVT0
DCM: HCTJANB

My supplier has two drives, but which one would be more suitable:

WD1200UE-22KVT0
DCM: HCTJHBB
or
WD1200UE-00KVT0
DCM: HCTJAN
