How can we fix core damage modules instead of replacing & ROM ?
Can someone explain ?

It depends what you mean..
It is possible to repair damaged modules by either using copies stored in the factory area of the disk, or from another 'donor' drive. Provided the module you need to repair is not unique to the drive (P-List, Adaptive info, etc) then this would be a 'repair'. In some cases it is possible to relocate the module to an unused part of the SA if the original has irreparable sectors in the damaged module - this requires a bit more understanding of the SA structures for the damaged drive.
When replacing ROM it is done on the circuit board by taking the ROM from the bad drive and putting it on a working board either by swapping the physical ROM or writing the ROM from the damaged drive to a working drive.
