Why not use the 640Gb model ROM already offered?

If you have PC3K UDMA (which you'll need anyway to write the ROM to gain access to the SA and re-manufacture the original ROM with it's adaptive data) then a head disable is only a few clicks away.

thanks for reply mate, i'm afraid that i'm a beginner so if u can please send me a detailed screen shots of what should i do , i'll be very grateful for this as i need the data v much and afraid to loss it .
