Seagate loader req'd

Hi guys,

Got an ST9100823A here that just stays BSY

Anyone have a loader I can try please?

ST9100823A (Apple)
FW:3.06

this is Momentus (MERCURY) hdd 5400.2 CORRECT?

i got
ST9100828A 3.ALC
ST9100824AS 7.24

do u have the SD tools as well?

Thanks but they are not even close :-(

I do have SD tool, yes. But gathering dust!!

I have several UDMA which I use 24/7 :-)

Not necessary that big Nick!!

Just like to be able to work on several jobs at once. Keeps the throughput up and clients happy!! :-)

Thanks guys, but still having no joy.

Tried a couple of loaders people have kindly sent me but it hangs after loading app data and still stays BSY

Strangely no messages in terminal at all after "buzz"... Just sits there spinning.

I had a few 7200.7 jobs that gave nothing after "Buzz", stayed BSY and I could not reach T> or F> after CTRL+Z.

turned out was heads after all.

I know are the disks are completely different, but symptoms are so similar I thought was worth mentioning.
