Looking for Serial Flash content ST9500320AS

Hi Guys,

I am looking for Serial flash content for the following HDD

ST9500320AS
FW: 002BSM2
Date: December 2010
Site: WU

Terminal says: Sphinx12 Boot ROM 1.0

Unfortunately the original serial flash is missing.
