Terminal output after head change

Hi all,

I have changed heads on Seagate ST3750640AS (using the great tool manufactured by HDD Surgery) and now the terminal output is this:

Cloning is going on but only partially. (Most of the sectors are red or yellow.)

Any hints, please?

That's a NightHawk isn't it. Looks to me like the pending bug. Drive comes ready and IDs right, but you can't really access anything?
