Seagate ST3500820AS diganosis help

Could you help me in diagnosis?

When the hard drive is powered, spins up and headstack makes some cliks. After 20 seconds it spins down.
PCB malfunction is discarted because we have tried with donor and hapens the same.

We suspect could be spin motor malfunction, but head problems could be possible? How to know the problem?

Aribot if you are using Pc3000 you have to look in Terminal Log it shows you what is the Error in that HDD, according to me it has Heads issue Probably Scratches on platters.

One of the results in Terminal is:

F3 T>/2

Spin Error
Elapsed Time 39.159 secs
R/W Status 2 R/W Error 84150180

Next week I'll open it in the lab, and check heads and platter surface. I'll tell you!
