WD1600AAJS-00L7A Access problem

Hello!
I have a problem with a WD1600AAJS-00L7A. The drive identifies himself ok. Almost all modules are ok (except 2030, 2031, 2033...and others 20xx, but i have repaired). But I cannot access info. I get UNC error in all sector i test. I have already changed heads just in case, but i get the same error...I have tried hot pcb pasting the patient fw into the donnor using acelab method...same error...did anyone have this problem or have some test i can do?

Why you tried that for drive with common FW issue? Who adviced you ?
Do you have pc3k ?
