How to make a Quantum Loader

I need to make a Quantum loader for use with PC3000UDMA. The one in the PC-3000 database doesn't work right for the model we have here.

It is a Maxtor D740X-6L MX6L020J1
S/N 661213627553 TSZXX

We have a fairly close match to this drive, but we don't know how to make a loader from it-- it's not in the Quantum/Maxtor utility.
Does anyone know how to do it?

actually No way to create LDR in Quantum with PC3000UDMA

Yes , cannot make loader for that drive because a module required for the *.ldr file is missing from SA.
