I think that a firmware overlay is damaged or missing.
What happened to the drive ? Did someone tryed to selfscan it ?
Do you need the data from the drive ?

i too think that Ata and try to Upload but failed.
How to fix, i not need data. please.

Dont do Ctrl+R before Smart clear .

Restart drive and the /1 then 1>N1 .

I am using HD Doctor Seagate.
why, after run F-repair, drive starts running seftcan( Begin test 02).
What to do after completing seftcan. ( update ATA and what to do anymore)
I did as instructed but not always successful
