PC3000 SCSI Cheetah 15K.4 Hot Swap

Hello,

I'm trying to recover a Cheetah 15K.4 ST373454LW with Medium Error.

Following the manual, I found hot swap method. So I bought a donor same model and wrote SA tracks from patien to donor and regenerate translator.

Now donor doesn't work anymore It spins up and then turns off, and I can't re-write original SA on it.

Can you tell me to recover at least the donor? And what about recovering my Cheetah?
