I am a beginner and buget limited so I'm afraid pc 3000 Express is not yet reliable because it is new.

and PC-3000 Flash SSD Edition is meuilleur material?

It's based on the core of UDMA and from my experience is reliable!

I never used pc 3000 UDMA so I do not know the manual ace. it will show me all the basic functions and must do more training.
