Hi, good day.
I have one HDD Hitachi HTS723232L9SA60 and it shows "Security-Locked-HDD" on utility. I try select the "custom family" for Password Unlock proccess but can't work. I start, unscrew PCB, screw pcb and all process go fine... But don't unlock.
Do you can give me a tip or help me with this case?
