FIRMWARE CHANGUED

Hello!
I had a Seagate 500GB HDD a ST500DM002 with firmware KC45, A good day my pc was crashed and now appears another firmware (11171413), another capacity (8 GB), and another model (ST_M13FQBL). The unit is not usable (the BIOS detects it but not windows) and doesn't allow to make a low level format. Seagate Not offers information in this respect and it doesn't exist new upgrades for KC45 firmware.
I found the firmware in here (HDD GURU) but I Not understand how to install it, CAN YOU HELP ME PLEASE!!!
This mystery will have solution?.
