WD800JD-55MUA1 need an advise

Hello Guru ppl

i have WD800JD-55MUA1 caviar 80 GB when connect it to pc3000 UDMA
Power on
1- spin up
2- three clicks sound and spin down
3- ERR & AMN indicator = red


the HDD can auto deducted but when utility starts it give me wrong information about the model and serial and capacity (See the attached pic)
the actual capacity is 80Gb and the model and serial is different

the first thing i think its head problem need to swap but when i see the wrong outcome,
maybe wrong firmware or any thing else

so i stopped and asked the guru people you have diffidently a good experience

You can try with Ldr (if you have) but it seems weak heads.

Bad heads, at least.

You can try hot-starting it. Upload compatible LDR, edit headmap in ram to disable different heads, and soft-reset to see if it'll ID.
