Hi PC3K Support Team,

I had 2 revision set of PC3K UDMA in our company.
Would like to ask, it there any function to DEPOP faulty head for Toshiba drive in PC3K?

Can you show us where and any manual guideline to follow?

I don't think I've ever found it to be necessary. I just build headmap, then read through terminal using software translator in DE. Are you trying to recover data, or refurbish the drive?
