Quantum Go-Drive , doubts!

Hello !

Maybe someone has previous experience with this kind of drive.

Onestly i dont have any. The thing is that the drive spins up with some knocking sounds and stops. I Have a donor drive that i think is compatible but i dont know where to begin.

I highly doubt that it's a compatible donor as the part number is quite different.
