Help!!! Seagate Partition Not Showing the Data

Hi,

I hope you are doing great.

The HDD shows a partition but when trying to access the data is not available.

I am checking with PC3000 under the tree and when I double click the partition I can not access the data. If I select the partition shows the size of data available but I when i try to access the data it wont appear what it is inside.

Customer is experience the same, he sees there is data and it is showing the size of data but when he tries to access the data it wont let him.

Please help with any suggestions I can try.

Can we see a file in HEX ?

Maybe change the sector size? 2048 or something perhaps?

i ran a raw recovery and it found info but i am not able to save it

Should always check and confirm with another tool.
For your case, UFS is likely best.
If the drive is degraded, create image first.

Yes, please, it would be great if you can help me... not sure what is PM... but yes please help...

I have used R-STUDIO and UFS and the same result... it sees there is 350GB but when i try to access the data it wont show up.

I ran RAW Recovery and it wont save the data and the files saved showed numbers with letters and excel files wont open.
