rosewood abr error

Hello there. I have a rosewood dm35 1 tb disc. Device error detected "ABR". terminal is working. id cannot. all system files can be read and backed up. Translator command successful. but again can not id. abr error rosewood. Do you think there is a solution?

How do you unlock if terminal is not working?
