scsı drives controler card

Hello,
I need help about SCSI drive, I have no experience about SCSI, If you have any experiance can you help me about which controler card, scsı cable and converter I need to buy, My drive model is st3146707lc.
I have tableau t4 scsı bridge but when I connect data cable drive stop spinning I dont anderstand cause of this behavior.
Can you help please. Also I have an adaptec card but I show same behavior when data cable connected.

I'm not sure tableau t4 supports 80 pins, but this device is already used for forensic image and should be work. If you're looking for a controller card, I suggest you look at it as HBA (Host Bus Adapter). you can easily find it quickly even in a search. like this (Adaptec 2248700-R U320 PCI Express X1 1-Channel SCSI Host Bus Adapter)

I was wondering, was the hdd running smoothly on any server before? Did the error while just receiving the image or clone?

Check the Delayed Start and Remote Start configuration settings.
