Seagate 98V11 remote request

Today I have made ticket for this post in acelab forum but to reach wider audience and experts I am putting this request here ---
Dear Team and friends , Good Morning
I am working on following Seagate 2TB Desktop disk. It has normal detection and giving sector access as well.
I want to unlock it and take backup of rom , modules , make bug fixes like media cache , MCMT etc refinementsof defect lists , ( edit hdd ID etc.) and make cloning super smooth.
I want to learn it how to do this professionally (guru style )
Can someone pls. help remotely through teamviewer ? This will help me to learn as well as educate new technicial staff , make presentation for clients etc.
I have updated udma (v7.2.18).I am from India and will be available anytime as per your convenience.

Update to this case -- I have recovered 85 GB of data and now only small data is left to be recovered. However disk goes busy state now while copying some files.
I think without any manipulations required data can get recovered.
Once customer gives approval recovery part will be completed and only learning part will remain.
I am eagerly waiting for someone to take controls.
