This disk doesn't make clicking noise neither spin down can it get fixed on FW level or the issue is deeper with Heads

Disk stays in busy state & is not coming to terminal . Does this case needs anything extra like shorting

Verify your 3D virtual loader version with your rom version, they must match.
You can compare theyr date, if 3D and rom date are the same then it means that your 3D loader is compatible with your drive.

Sorry, i wasn't clear.
To match 3D loader and rom versions, you need to compare patient rom with donor drive rom.
