Lexar SSD NM620 1TB a partition contents disappeared

i have a Lexar SSD NM620 1TB and after updating windows all the contents of Windows partition vanished like someone formatted it and when i check with the NVMe with hex it shows all 00

is there a solution for this problem ?

A drive that has been formatted would have a partition table, boot sector, and file system.
