Unable to disable reallocation Rosewood ST1000LM035

I have always noticed that after patching rom my rosewood disks become busy & after unlocking (while entering in utility) they show ID. I do not know the reason.
I am trying to disable reallocation on this but getting error tried both ways but getting same error.
What could be the reason.
I am trying to do it by issuing command set (by fzabkar) but not been able to do so as well.
Can someone pls. help

Issue resolved Head 0 is weak & in failing state , is there anyway I can do something in PC3K for head 0
Read speed is 0k/s ~ 200 kb/s varying randomly . Is there anyway to check whether this speed is for few zones & might improve later (defective or weak zones)

Sub map by head and then select whatever chain you like - alternatively user the stop after x failures to skip to the next chain.

Does pc3k support AFH modding on rosewoods?
AFH might improve weak heads readings.

Better if you first ask to some expert user before trying it!
Rosewoods are tough to work with, AFH changing could cause very bad situation as surface scratch.

Yes it needs far more advanced & indepth knowledge , considering my skill level I cannot even imagine but will try on scraped rosewoods.
