Toshiba DT01ACA100 (Hitachi ) Diagnostics

Toshiba DT01ACA100 ( Hitachi ARM ) is having no spin & is getting detected as 0mb with no model no & SN bu showing FW.
What could be the issue ? Is this FW or head related issue.
Can someone pls. comment. Thank you
