Is there possibility to Reverse or Deactivate TLER

I need a way to reverse or deactivate TLER on charger 1.5TB Drive with 3 heads.

head 0 was degraded and reading very slow so i activated TLER but now the drive does not get ready. I have back up of all the modules, just need to know which modules I should write back so i can bring it to same state. will later replace with donor heads to read with head 0.

Don't use TLER on SMR drives.
Write back modules 01 and 02.
