Thank you for the reply, the HDD has bad sectors,
when I do selfscan, the HDD went dead after new ROM been written,
I guessed maybe the ROM need to be unlocked.
Maybe the firmware of selfscan is not right.

MRT, right?
Do not selfscan with MRT, it just mess up with rom and SA modules, then selfscan stops.
Rewrite original rom, use LDR and rewrite original modules.
MRT has a lot of bugs for data recovery, but for selfscan is completely shit!

For selfscan drives use other tools, even WDMarvel is better than mrt.

P.S.
Also WD Marvel has bugs and i've seen interruptions while selfscanning also with that tool.
I just tried them few times for couriosity, i don't care about repairing hard drives so i haven't try to selfscan any drive since last 4/5 years.

The only tool that really worked for me was Sediv.

since the rom is not locked, then, I guess the firmware I got is wrong for this HDD.

The structure of your new ROM looks OK. PUIS is not enabled. I don't know what is wrong with it.

The file is the original ROM and SA firmware of my HDD, new rom is not included, due to
it is not fit for my HDD.

What is PUIS mean, is this some parts in the ROM...

Can someone help to disable head 9 in ROM, so the HDD can be cut capacity to use.
