Adapter SATA HDD

HI all
As we known the Adapter SATA HDD from acelab use JM20330 as main IC, but sometimes
its compatibility not good for some command, so, if anyone know it, told me the better IC for it. thanks in advance!

Yes ,
Its Quite Amazing .I Had a WDC Raptor 36 GB SATA and I Could Not Make It Work In PCI 3000 .I Tried My Best .I Have Another Adapter But Same Chip [ Main IC The JM Series ] .So No Clue .....

With WD drives, often u have to reset the SATA adaptor once or more.

I Tried That Too ,Nothing Happened ,Took Darkforce help too no use ...

I also use SATA to IDE adaptors to use SATA disks with Data Extractor, and sometimes it can take me up to 20 minutes getting the disk to recognise!!

Anyone use a sata adaptor with troubles, and if so what adaptor is this?
