You should ask the supplier for user manual.
I bought a PC3000 but no user manual, so a I must send email to ACE to get it.
But the user manual is not as good as you want, I'm sure, because it descibres briefly so much. It is not clear enought to understand.

one more question:anybody here have manual of v2.27 in english?because i have one in Russian which i cant understand at all.
so really hard to operate 3k without guide .
