i mean your tools price (pc3000pci/pc3000isa/pc3000udma) is very diffrent usa, russian, china(vektor). why can be like that? did the expensive one can get more knowlage&support or what? i think if your tools for pc3000udma+de is 1000-2000usd maybee more people will buy that. and if that price about that, i will be the 1st one to buy. the tools hdd must cheap as mobilephone flasher, maybee if cheap will many people buy it. so if many people have it we can share our knowlage.

how do you thing hddguru member&ace team, did you all agree with me? because HDD TOOLS is not a secret again, some days more/many people will know it. like mobilephone flasher long time ago that is only secret, nowdays is very much at the market(almost mobilephone shop have the tools) and the price is very cheap.

Dear gembel I don't understand how you can compare two different things - mobile flasher and HDD tool.

Tell me please prise for reprogramming mobile phone. I think it will be around 20$. Although middle prise for Data Recovery for one case is around 375$ Difference is more in 10 times!

May be do you want to have price for Data Recovery HDD around 20$? I don't and most of Data Recovery specialists too. That is why the cost of mobile flasher and HDD tool can not be same.

Finally I want to say about mobile flasher for news models NOKIA and MOTOROLA. It has cost around 5000$. This is not cheap

I don't want to offend you. You have the right to set different prices in different countries according to so-called level of life. A lot customers think it's unfair to them because they buy the same products with the same functions and the same poor technical support.

They are willing to pay the prices you decared if they find it's worthy every penny they spend.

You see, more and more people will step into this field and alot newbies. Don't ignore their questions even some of them are childish and primary. Due to their support, then you can grow, you have the money to research and develop more products.

We are competitor in some sense, but both we should give the clients the most effective solutions and best support so that we can surive and become better and best.
