Before all to buy legal copy of PC-3000. You use piracy version of PC-3000. It doesn't work successfully.

Code:
PC-3000 UDMA is 2877 EUR. Data Extractor is 1680 EUR.
It is for professional data recovery.
If you wish, I'll send you other info.

The average price of Data Recovery per one case - around 250-500$ (depends on region of the World). Usually 2 cases per week (for smaller company).

To calculate...

Ace Team,

If your support is as good as it says, how come then if i post a question on the ACE forum it is never answered?
I know it is on the free section, but even then someone should bother to look at these questions. How do you want us to pay for support if even the simplest question is not answered ?

Best regards,

Dobre

I am afraid with ACE attitudes towards customers i will guaranteed it will go down very soon. It's a shame really such a great products but unfortunately either lazy or lack of funds, but all blame goes to the management team. Very sad.

That must mean I'm quite good, then. I'm getting 4-5 cases every day mon-fri and at least 3 on saturdays. Most Sundays, people will drop off their drives in person.

I rarely need to use PC3000 - it helps with maybe 3% of my recoveries at most.

There _are_ workarounds that don't need PC3000. And don't ask - I'm not telling.

it is same with me.

I receive a lot of case here. Mostly is Hardware related problem.
HOW UDMA even PCI can cover Hardware related problem ?????

Ace product just can help me about 5% from ALL my recovery case.
So UDMA can not help much. But I think It still be worthed to have it.

Thanks
