Data Extractor UDMA hangs

Hi Friends,

After days of imaging a drive full of bad sectors, i think the map file has become corrupt.
When i try to restart DE to continue imaging the drive, the screen remains blank. The menu appears, but not the icons to start the imaging etc...
Anyone has encountered this situation and knows how to solve it ? I would not like to loose the map-info, since this drive has been imaging for over a week now.

Hi Dobre,

Sometimes it happens...
create a new task in a NEW folder, set parameters, close it imediately, then copy the map file from the old folder to the new one,
set the starting address and let it go.
