How to rewrite the T2RowData.bin file back to the drive?

June 9th, 2024, 17:51

Hi All

I got a Palmer 2.5 drive.
I backed up all modules, includes the T2RowData.bin file but not succeeded to read the 190.rpm.

How do I rewrite this T2RowData.bin back to the drive?
I don't see the option to write it back to the drive.

I want to get back the original translator for drive through this file.

Best Regards,

don't write it back, it is nowhere in the SA in that state. basically, try keeping the SA as is, writing is something irreversible.

Hi Pepe

Thank you for responding me.
That drive was went trough translator regeneration and now as you can expect all the sectors are zeros..
But I have full SA backup of the original state exclude the 190 module. I have a backup of the modules but not the tracks.
Is there something to do with that backup to get back the original translator?

this is pretty difficult and time consuming to remote-assist such job, so i won't try. Send the drive and the fw backup you have if it is worth doing so...
