Guys I have backed up sys files 28 /93 & 346 , I am unable to disable reallocation as disk becomes busy & give time out.

I have tried everything but no way. Besides SMP flags is there any other file I can update for further refinement ?
I will be thankful for any suggestion.

Define "tried every thing"
If drive is bsy and you have backup i assume you have terminal access.
Why don´t you disable functions by terminal?

I tried fzabkar's script but it doesn't work.Then I tried to initilize hard disk by entering in utility by powered on /off state etc.
While entering utility disk stays busy while unlocking it shows id.
I am not much confident about commands but will give it a try , is there any single command for all rosewood variants ? Besides SMP is there anything I can do

I have been following your advice from your previous posts :-
You can try to stabilize the drive and turn on further diag msg.
When you launch F3 util:
1. :At utility start section : Select correct HDD ID in RAM + Install Write Protection
2. : In Actions: select "Unlock Tech Mode, drive prepared by utility" (drive will send handshake to unlock and read ID and select family)
3. : Do a backup of important fw. Indirect or Terminal.
Edit ID via terminal, turn on additional diag msg.
Restart drive, unlock and again install write protection and launch util.

It looks like a Possible case I can solve remotely for $ 120.

Rosewood drives can be very complex even for the experienced.

Do you have a backup of all the firmware or can you only access it via terminal?

yes I agreed each case is unique. I know this drive can be fixed by simple fw trick who has enough experience.
Its all about timings & how we enter in utility like -
1) Powering first & auto detect enter unlock before utility start
2) enter utility without powering (common f3) then power on & unlock
3) enter without unlocking power on & unlock.

for each of this drive behave differently
In this case drive does not respond to sys file 93 (hdd editor in ram or SMP flag updating etc)
I think by modifying file in terminal may work but I am not confident and don't want to do experimentation with client disk.

This is the most common hard drive I get in and yes there are some simple tricks for common problems but there is also some very difficult problems.

Can you turn the drive off and on and enter the Rosewood_8C utility and post everything from the 'Log' tab. Also post a clean terminal log so I can see how it behaves from power on.
