Well its not so easy!

Anybody who did this would have to be very carefull with their ip address ranges. If the update or database servers notice your ip address to be different from the ranges used in your region the udma card is likely to be disabled. You would then have to send it back for repair and Ace would make sure you pay the correct price for your region and more for the repair.

Ok this is some BS to buy a product and have some1 snoop on u but can't keep thier support line in check. Hey I don't use Ace tools but if I was to do as an engineer I would ask alot of ?'s and if I don't get the answers to my liking I make mine own desicion to buy or not to buy. The PC3K I guess might be a tool to have that is my opinion I'm making now or make in the future so pls guys don't get mad but like Falther said "U start somewhere and when u get to the top choose what u want to keep in ur tool set"

peace out!

sometimes I really don't understand people...

instead of wanting something real they want the fake just because it is cheaper... in the long run it will be definitely more expensive taking into account that it won't have the same functionality and having so much problems that U will wish u never had bought it...
In the end I will find yourself buying the original one with support and stuff.
Not to mention that u support criminals buying the fake.

What does it say about a professional data recovery lab that is willing to be unethical and buy knock off tools? I certainly wouldn't trust such a company with my private data.

I'm sure I've mentioned it before, but I'll mention it again. If you cannot afford the full price of the tools, contact a leasing company and lease the tools. If you can't generate enough money to cover the leasing costs, you definitely don't need the tools.

There is no pc3k portable clone. Not yet anyway. Now, pc3k udma clone is another story. Well, news is that there will be one in a couple of months. It was just a matter of time anyway. And there are ways to fake your ip address if you did want to go that route. Unless you have a relative living there its not really worth the hassle. From what you hard drive guru's charge you should make up the money back in no time anyway. pc3k portable is not that bad of a deal, really.
