Hello doomer i talk with zebong, the hdd doesnt click, but when u tried to read any sector show u ABRT, its looks like SA problem, but maybe this model its not supported by pc3k until now, but like u can see cannot load Zone table in buffer, RAM: Zone allocation table................... : HDDs RAM reading error Techno CMD sending error Device Error Detected: "VSCE PERM OVL NOT LOADED" SA SPT.................................. : SA SPT determination error Techno CMD sending error Device Error Detected: "SERVO ERROR CODE BASE SvirCalRRO Hd1" Regards |

If it doesn't click it is probably SA As far as I know Acelab using ABA access to read modules on such models ABA access will not work w/o inited ATA-overlay and this overlay has not been initilizied as we can see from this error - VSCE PERM OVL NOT LOADED To fix such a problem AceLab suggested "Load Loader" for WD (actually it loads overlay 11 from external file) after that PC3K will be able to access SA in ABA coordinates Another problem is the Spider model uses 32-bits ABA coordinates but there is no supported command to access 32-bit ABA on Spider drive, so AceLab decided to bypass such a problem by recalculating ABA to PCHS and access SA with PCHS. This change was made in latest Russian version of PC3K (not sure about English one) So, if you don't have a good program to work with WD ROYL drives but have only PC3K your actions might be following: 1. You need to get latest version of PC3K which supports Loader for WD ROYL and Spider ABA access 2. You need to get Module 11 with this version - 5C.3BG 3. You need to load that Module 11 and find out the problem |
