Hello, i have an HITACHI IC25N060ATMR04-0, when i connect to the PC3K it gives BSY, and dont SPIN. Remove the PCB just connect the PCB and also give BSY dont go to the DRD DSC. If i change the disk with other PCB the disk SPIN and give DRD DSC. I Would like to know it looks like a NVRAM or ROM Problem that make the disk dont SPIN. Anyone was this Problem? What should i do Thanks ZeBong |

Let me get this right. If you put a new PCB on the patient drive, it spins and comes DRDY, right? But with the native PCB it does not spin, right? What happens if you put the "suspect" PCB on the donor drive? Sean |

Sounds like a bad PCB then. You DO need to move the NVRAM over, as this contains info specific to the SA of the patient drive. Classic sign of incompatible NVRAM is that the drive spins up, comes DRDY but will not ID. Sean |
