Hi,
Have this disk that give this in terminal.

Spn Err: 0004
Unload 0000
LED 16

In the manual say´s : 0x16 Spin-up error
I open the disk in clean room, and notice that SPIN but the heads dont move to the plattle.

Anyone can me advice here in this ?

Hi,

these drives usually suffer from an error on the pcb that makes the drive unable to stabilize rotation and unable to park the heads, so they usually stick on the platter.
