Is PCB native?

Probably bad/weak head and perhaps also damage to platters.

Sometimes this drive can still be copied using a loader, but much depends of the state of the heads and platters.

Is it a 3.CAE firmware drive?

The PCB is the native one.

The drive is: ST9160821AS FW: 3.ALC

I open it and i notice that the heads stop at the middle.
