Seagate Barracuda ES.2 ST3250310NS

Hi!
I have a Seagate Barracuda ES.2 250Gb
ST3250310NS
fw: HPG1
The PC3000 recognizes it but with these parameers:
Model: ST_M13FQBL
Serial: QNR_BFW
Firmware: 11291209
Capacity: 3.86 Gb
Somebody have similar case? What can I do?
This drive have HPG1 fw, does PC3000 supports it?

Are you running the updated PC3000? It looks like a firmware issue to me. What are you getting in the terminal?

You drive cannot read SA
Heads or PCB problem most likely

hi, i have ST3250310NS also but its firmware HPG2. Is there anyone have this hdd's firmware fıle. For exaple reads via an eprom programmer and dump the file or read via pc3000? if you needs our eprom file i have uploaded the file. this file can not turn hdd's motor.

I think your client updated firmware with wrong version.
